What are the dimensions of liteAswitch?
The LiteAswitch Plates are slightly larger than the standard
Standard Plates are 2.75 by 4.60 Single type
LiteAswitch plates are 3.20 by 5.00 Single type
Standard Dual tyes are 4.65 by 4.65
Dual liteaswitch types are 5.00 by 5.00

How much light does LAS put out?
LAS puts out enough light to navigate a small room or bathroom without turning on the
main or overhead lights. The Moonlite version is ideal for bedroom & home or hotel vanity areas

How much power/electricity does LAS use to operate?
LAS only uses approximately 1watt of electricity and costs $ .05/ month to operate with
continuous operation, making it an earth friendly and green lighting choice.

How long will the LED’s last?
LAS LED’s last up to 100,000 hours or 11 years with continuous operation. If the main
or overhead lights are used ˝ of the time, the life of the LED’s will be extended. The LED’s will
not burn out they will only dim.

My LAS is installed and the LED’s are flickering, what can I do to stop the flickering?
Typically High efficiency light bulbs are the cause of any flickering and is a normal
function of the design. To remedy the flickering you can add at least one incandescent bulb to the
fixture or use Panasonic Hi efficiency bulbs as they do not have this problem..
Ballasted fluorescent lighting does not have any flickering issues.

Will LAS work with 3 way switches?
Yes, when installed correctly, LAS will work with 3 way switches. The wires must be
attached adjacent from each other at installation

Is LAS safe for my childs bedroom?
Children love LAS in their bedroom, it is the ideal children’s room night light. LAS
screws in securely to existing switches and cannot be removed by children like other plug in night
lights.

Where is the best place to put a LAS?
Bathrooms, Entryways and Hallways are ideal places for LAS, but they are useful in just
about every room of the house and can be installed anywhere there is an existing switch or outlet.
You can even replace your existing switches and outlets to update them, or change out the colors.

I have the older round style outlet? Can I install a LAS on it?
Yes, but you must switch out the entire outlet to the newer Decora style outlet and plate.

pleasing blue color and lends itself well to lower light requirements.
